Thawing of raw materials → cleaning → manual cutting, tail cutting, to visceral → saline → cleaning desalination → manual cutting → artificial canning → adding soup → exhaust → one time to oil → secondary adding soup → secondary oiling → adding Soup → Sealing → Real Tank Cleaning → Stacking → High Pressure Sterilization → Cooling → Cleaning and Drying → Inner Coding → Stacking → Storage
